Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Digital Design provides web development, custom software engineering, and digital content creation services. Each project is governed by a separate Service Agreement outlining specific deliverables and timelines.

2. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 50% deposit is required to initiate any project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to final delivery of assets.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom code and creative assets produced. Digital Design retains the right to display the work in its professional portfolio.
